However, we do offer exchanges within the conditions outlined below.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery only.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Share Proof

Send clear pictures of the product to our customer support team via:

  • Original packaging (if applicable)

Step 2 — Verification

You will receive confirmation once the exchange has been approved.

Step 3 — Exchange Processing

Once the exchange is confirmed:

  • The correct replacement product will be dispatched to you.

  • The product to be exchanged must be returned to our warehouse in its original condition (unused, with original packaging).

Important Conditions

  • Exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Demellia reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
